Fake CC ,OC given by Builder to Con flat owner

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hv brought flat in 2011 in Navi Mumbai, sect 31 A, vashi gaon from Pvt Builder who sold us flat with Fake OC,/CC .Same Flat was registered thru NMMC registery office.
Now the NMMC and Cidco suddenly demolished the our bldg in feb 2017 saying that bldg is not safe to stay and declaring it's illegal.
NMMC and Cidco didn't following any proper procedure , didn't give any alternative flats and demolished our bldg.
Dear Team we are around 18 families directly conned and looted by Nexus of authority and builders.we are cheated , our flat is gone, hard earned Money is looted . Kindly help us .
