Fair share of deceased father between children and wife

30-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir/ Madam, My father passed away two years ago, he is survived by my mother and three children, 2 daughters and 1 son. Since my father's death my mother has helped my brother buy a flat with my father's money also allows him to spend as per his wish. How can I ensure that we all get a fair share of his 2 immovable properties 1 and many movable properties?

In respect of two immovable properties, you can add/update names of all legal heirs (2 daughters and 1 son) in the property records, in this manner you all become co owners and have rights in respect of those properties. These two properties cannot be sold without the no objection/consent of all of you. As regards, movable properties, you need to have it's possible and invoices in your custody.
