EXISTING ROAD IS CONVERTED TO PLOT

We purchased a land on 1979 during the registration of property shown as two side roads later on adjacent land is appointed a power on attorney to sale the property by his legalars one side road also given to them without mention the s.no in PA NOW THE PIECE of road land is registered to her daughter and her now piece road land came to know comes to sales to another person i need to stop the registration of the property and her daughter registration shall to null void

1. File am objection with the sub registrar : submit a written objection to concerned sub Registrar office (SRO) stating that the land being registered includes a portion of your property ( road) a land was wrongly transferred. Plz attached relevant documents 2. Apply for an injunction suit : Permanent injunction 3. File suit for cancellation of fraudulent sale deed
