Evacution of Tenants living for a long time

Is it difficult to evacuate tenants from a commercial or residential property in Uttar Pradesh even after the expiry of rental lease?
Sir.. For getting tenants evacuate the premises, you have to give them a legal notice, and strictly tell them if the premises would not be evacuated, then it will be taken as an illegal possession and you can move to appropriate court of law.

Its not about tough but its about legality. After the lease is expired, you can ask for eviction or renewable of lease.
However if you are asking at this epidemic covid19, it is wrong untill the tenant is involved in something illegal or not permissible
so you may ask him to pay rent during covid19. govt has not waived off any rent but only extension of time.
so better is you give 3 months extension alongwith rent payable monthly or on or before 3 months/vacating the premise.
without paying rent, they cannot evict.
