Evacuation of Property and sell off Parental Property

Hi, I am Hindu and we are 6 sisters no brother. We have my father (demised) property in Mumbai, wherein I have got Letter of Administration from court in 2016. One of our sister & her husband is staying at that house rest all are leaving in different states of India. Now she is not letting us enter the house, not ready to sell it and started transferring the documents on her name. She transferred the electricity bill on Her name we have given complaint about the same in Electricity Board. I want to know is their any evacuation order where in she can get evacuated from the house and we can sell the property? Do we need to file a suit or Any Order can be passed as we have Letter of Administration? Thanks,
