Equal share in the property can I claim my share of rent in property

I m one of the owner in a commercial property which was given on lease to the bank.we r total 4 owners of this property wth equal share.lease of bank was over in sep 2010 nd bank vacated this proprty in april 2014 so can i singly file a suit for 25%rent amt against bank? Coz My partners hav differ opinion on filing a suit can as a 25% owner i can claim for my portion of rent
In case you have share in the property then you also have rights received from such property. You can claim for share in the property for the percentage of share in the property.
