In EC searched online "http://prereg.telangana.gov.in/TGCARDECClient/ecSearchByDocAuto.jsp?distcode=&distname=&srocode=&sr with docno.7484, 2017 registration, L.B.Nagar SRO. I found something extra like "Search has also been made in Pending document database and found that the following pending document(s) is/are there affecting the given property" which gave some other names. This type of things will they create any problem to buy????
you can verify such problems by physical verification of the book called search through an advocate in the registrar office and the fee shall be paid to him for conducting such search and receipt for search will be given
