Encroachment and damage of wall built in the boundary line

we have built our house from the department loan from TN government. repayment of loan is still going on. in the meantime our neighbour encroached and damaged our wall and extended their moulding on our wall built in our boundary line. During the rainy days there is a leakages. Please help me a legal advice in this regard. Thanks
You have to file a mandatory injunction suit against the neighbor seeking to restrain him from interfering in yor peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house property in any manner and also an application to remove the structures put up in the encroached portion, possession of the encroached portion and for damages.
