I have been asked to get LR attested copy of my father . Looks elder brother LR Kathain is in order. For filing a case father LR Cooy is getting difficult to get.
Can I still file a case without LR Copy of father ?
In this time, we have to find the mother deed and the chain deed, with this two documents, we can search for the khatian it might be R.S Khatian.
once we get the RS khatian we can automatically get all the khatian in your father's name or the legal heirs khatian.
