EB post was placed in front of the plot.

I am in the process of purchasing a property. EB has placed its transmission line post in front of the plot. If I have to construct a house there, the post will block the entrance. If it possible to move the post from the way by a written complaint or is it something to be concerned about?
The electricity department will not shift it's transformer or the pole lying on the road just to enable your convenience.
If you feel that this is an obstruction then you may better drop the idea of purchasing this complicated property.
You will not get any respite from the department concerned in this regard.
