E-khata has empty tax paid and pending tax entries

29-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
The developer has shared the e-khata for the site, but tax paid entries are empty in the document, what does it mean, should I proceed to sale of agreement without tax paid receipts document shared from developer? Is it a big risk or is it a minor one, please advice

You have to check with revenue authorities about the tax paid entries. PID numbers have to be perused. if it's a land property then the respective authority has to be checked with. Tax if not paid then that will have to be paid by you in the later point of time.
