Double registration of property on two different names

there was some large piece of land with sharanjit and harbhajan kaur??????.... 1.in 1988,sharanjit sold piece of property to amrik singh by taking power of attorney(general) from harbhajan kaur 2.during mutation it was found that harbhajan kaur didn't have land left to sale as she has already sold more than her part,so mutation does not proceed. 3.now sharanjit gave power of attorney (special) to amrik singh in 2005 and in it, he also gave the reference that he already sold property to amrik singh back in 1988 for harbhajan kaur but the land originally belonged to me(sharanjit) .... 4.amrik singh through this power of attorney sold land to his wife manjit kaur on the same day of power of attorney(special)was issued....mutation exists for this new registry... 5.manjit kaur now has done bayana with me with amrik singh as witness... we didn't know that already a registration(1988) exists.... we want our bayana back...what to do sir....
