Hi
I read your matter very carefully I want to discuss the total matter and suggested you to file civil suit (succession certificate ) .
But, also I want some of your family information.
You sister is also a share holder of the money.
Everything is taken care by me and my team.

If the said aunts have no legal heirs as per class 1 of the Hindu succession act and after obtaining a succession certificate from the court a nephew and niece can claim the moNissan after showing sufficient proofs that they are only legal heirs alive.
Here it is not clear whether your maternal aunt and her sister died issueless or spinster , But as per Hindu Succession Act you may seek succession certificate from the court declaring yourself as a legal heirs of the said deceased . Consult with proper legal practitioner before going ahead in the matter with all the relevant documents and papers related to death and deposits.
