Does nagar nigam approve a villa of size 10 by 50

Hi ,
I am planing to buy a villa with two floor construction of plot size 10 by 50.
Can any body tell me is this goona approved by nagar nigam, because i heard that nagr nigma will not approve any thing below 20 by 50.
What all the document i need to check before purchasing villa.

You may file a RTI asking your queries to the NIgam directly and you may also approach them directly seeking clarification.
Once you get clarity you may have to check the please go through the builder buyer agreement in detail. See the clauses regarding payment, construction timelines, date of possession and terms regarding any failure by the builder to deliver the property to you in time. Also, do go through the loan agreement carefully to know about what happens in the event of default by the builder and what will be the consequences for you.
