Does my father's uncle have a share in my father's property?

The property in the name of my father .my father's uncle's and their sons r claiming their part on the property showing a notary do they have any right on that property .
is the property which is in name of your father his self acquired property or an ancestral property. in case of self acquired property your uncle and his children has no right over the property of your father. in case of ancestral property yes, he can claim his share in the property by filing a partition suit.
