Does granddaughters have right on ancestral property

12-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My paternal grandfather died in 2010. His sibling and my grandmother sold my great grandfather's property in 2014, without the consent of my mother or myself. I was a major at the time of selling. My family includes my grandmother, two sons (my father is first son and then my uncle), myself & my uncle's two children (both are minor). Wasn't mine and my mother's signature necessary at the time of selling? If so, there are also chances of them forging our signatures. Since the property is already sold, can we file suit now?

If the property was an ancestral property then you will have the share in the property. You can challenge the sale in the civil court having jurisdiction of the property and you can claim share in the property.
