Does family compromise decree need to be registered

My Uncle file a property suit for half share ....on residential property ..after some months we decide to compromise and then case send to mediator judge..then compromise takes place by giving some amount to uncle on the behalf of their property share....mediator judge send such report to Hon Court and court passed compromise decree accordingly stating that my uncle left the half share to my father......so NOW such FAMILY COMPROMISE DECREE NEEDS TO BE REGISTER for entry in property card? Religon HINDU?

the decree passed by the court is final, you need not get into registration of the same and the same has been recorded in the hon'ble court. it is an enough document to make things clear in the property

No need to registered it. Only take certified of court order to record name in record of right.No need to registered it. Only take certified of court order to record name in record of right. Best of luck

No. No need to register Hon' Courts compromise decree. You just give an prescribed form of application along with affidavit and copy of that decree to revenue officer ie Talathi and to city server office , they will make the changes accordingly and your uncles name will be deducted.
