Documents required to get the property passed under RERA

A land situated in District Mohali Punjab is at Sale, suitable for Housing/ commercial project. Builder want 1/2 year for transfer of land and on Agreement to sell. Please advice what documents are to get signed from the land owner to get the Project admit/ passed from the concern authorities.under RERA
Firstly, your construction agreement would have been registered. So, modifying the terms by an unregistered agreement by inserting additional terms is not proper. Secondly, if the other purchasers indulge in practices as you have stated, it is open for the builder to quote a smaller price for them listing lesser amenities. The RERA doesn't impose that the price should be uniform.
