Is an audited accounts of proposed federation for min of 1 month period prior to the date of application is good practice or is mandatory. ? The Audit brings out the debit and credit balance of proposed member co op society and chief promoter (the builder), and insulates the Federation from disputes with builder about Accounts. how far this is correct
The mandate documents for Federation of a registered Society is application for the registration under societies registration act 1860 or respective state cooperative society act if applicable second would be memorandum of association MOA which defines objective rules and regulations for the Federation that should be included the name of the Federation address name occupation and address of the founding members and objection objectives of the Federation rules and regulation that is bylaws then again it with rules and regulation passed by the members of the society listing Governing body members identity proofs of the family members address proof of the registered office letter from the governing members affidavit by President secretary registration fee and repayment receipt declaration of a non-profit intend if applicable which means that profits will be distributed among the members.
