Documents and plot mismatch in my registration paper

Sir I had purchased a plot in 2014.mutation done of the said plot.The same plot was alloted to another person later on and I was given possession of a nearby plot. Since then I am holding that 2nd plot but my my documents are as per the previous plot which had 2 side road. Now I want to sell the polt. But buyers are not interested as the documents and plot location differs. Pls give me assistance
you purchased a plot the same plot was alloted to a different person and you were given possession of a nearby plot documents are as per as the previous plot you want to sell the plot you have to approach the tehsildar
