Do i have rights on my property that iam leaving for 22 years

I stay in 1 bhk flat in Kandivali west Mumbai with a family of 3 , i myself , my wife & son .
The flat was bought 22 years back in joint name in the name of my mother & uncle (her brother) .
On agreement there is joint name of my mother and uncle & on share certificate there is single name of my mother.
Now, 5 months back my mother passed away .
Do i and my family have rights on the flat ??
