Division of grandfathers property how can I claim use of common well

We have grand father properties , now its in my father and brother name . during dividing grandfather properties there are some common pathways and Well are commonly we have been using past 20 years . now other parties are not allowing usage of well . we have house rent receipt including pathway and well. what will be solution for this case
You have to approach civil court seeking easement rights for the pathway and and usage of well water which is common or all the owners.
You can file a mandatory injunction suit also against them for restraining them from objecting you to use the common pathway and the common well and an application for temporary injunction on the same lines till the disposal of suit may be filed as an interim relief.
