Dispute over father's property and forced eviction

27-May-2025 (In Property Law)
I live with my daughter in my late parents' house after my divorce. My father owned a building where I currently stay in one room, but my brothers and their families occupy the rest. Recently, they tried to evict me forcefully and even assaulted me. Now, my late elder brother’s wife asked me to sign a document transferring the property to her name. I refused, but all my others brother and sister signed. What are my rights in this matter?

If your father expired without a Will and had not transferred any of his properties to his children at the time when he was alive then all his properties after his demise shall be divided equally amongst all his children. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
