Dispute on transfer of jointly owned property without knowledge

We had joint Khatiyan No 184 in that plot No 1499 has been transferred to 238/146 without any ones knowledge. How this happened and can authority give the reply relating to this. Due to this the dispute has occurred. It was a joint property and how an individual can claim its only own.
No authority is answerable for that purpose however, you can file a declaration suit in the civil court having jurisdiction over the area where your property is situated. Or you can also file a suit for partition if the said property is ancestral in nature.
