It's case of dispute of agricultural land. My father is four brothers. My 2nd elder uncle got 25 bigha land & one house, transferred from grandfather to his two son's name by cheating. My grandfather was 85 years old and passed away two months back.He was patient of paralysis and unable to take decisions. I want to file a case against my uncle and his sons and following are my questions 1. How long time it will take to get stay on property after case filing date in court as they are modifying the house? 2. What is estimated time of case decision & complete cost of lawyer?

Answer to the following questions you have asked are below:
1) stay can be granted on the first date of the matter, the court should have sufficient cause to believe that a third party interest can be made in this.
2) one cannot determine the decision of the court and the time taken in it.
3) after going through the case files and other details can only tell you the case fee
