dispute by cousin sister on ancestral property of grandfather

cousin sister is denying to give possession of house to my father ( second child of grandfather ) after demise of my uncle, the said property has been already registered on the name of my grandfather. from last 40 years this property was in custody of my uncle, in 1978 he has forcefully separated my father from grandfathers house. My uncle has passed away 1 year back, his wife is alive but she is staying with his daughter since she is mentally disturbed.
