Did not receive order form high court

My nephew won a Probate Petition and High Court judge gave order to court officers to issue Probate. Even after more than one year, he has not received the Probate Granted. What could be the reason? How long does it normally take?

You can file application for certify of your case at concerned department of High Court. And you enquired at certify department every week. But you may one more enquired about that whether your order has been dictate and upload by the high court at High Court Site.

if probate petition is undisputed then it takes 6 to 8 months in the Hon'ble Bombay high court for obtaninig the Probate . you will have to remove objection and follow up with concerned department and obtain the probate at the earliest.
