Developer can not hand over my portion

I am Hindu,and in my property one developer agree to development a multi storied building on my property in ratio of 50:50 ,but now he could not agree to give me or allow me to enter my property.

this is not something new with developers it often happens that developer wont deliver flats to the customer in this kind of situation you need to take some legal action against the developer so the best thing would be to send a legal notice through an advocate so if you want to send a legal notice to this developer contact me at my number you can tell me more about your case

You have several options to redress your grievances. You can approach the civil court or consumer court. If you have a binding contract with the developer, they will have to abide by it and give you the due share.
