Denied share in ancestral property after father's demise what to do

Father expired in 2007. We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I am the youngest sister. The property is ancestral and after father's death the property was given to builder for construction. When asking for my share i am not being provided any. What action can i take?
We suggest that you should file suit for partition thereby seeking your share. Alongwith this you should file application thereby seeking stay on the property, so that no body can sell the property till the suit is decided.
