In response to the raised query, I would like to opine that you need to file a consumer case before the consumer forum having jurisdiction as in the given perspective, these errant real estate developer won't be giving any heed. I am handling few such cases against Ansals. Thanks

As per the latest orders of National Consumer Commission you are entitled to get paid by the builder for inordinate delay. You should first send a legal notice to the builder through lawyer and if they do not accept your demands for discount and early possession, then you may file a case in State Consumer Commission and try to get interim relief on the very first day of hearing.

The State Consumer Commission is very favorable to consumers and they often impose huge penalty on builders for cheating their customers.
