Delay in possession of flat mumbai

I am buyer of flat in area borivali east mumbai.at a time of buying flat developer committed to give possession on mar19 same date was mentioned in agreement and rera website ...But as of now his construction status is 12th floor out of 18th floor. And in April he change Date of completion on rera site as 29.2.19.......Nothing is inform to us
As buyer pl let me know what can be done? Is this provision of changing date is available in rera? If yes then shall I as a buyer can ask for compensation?
This is my response to you:
1. What is written in your allotment letter?
2. What is written in your agreement to sell regarding last date of construction?
3. What is mentioned on your agreement bout the date of possession?
4. You can send him legal notice;
5. Since its rera registered you can complain to rera;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
