Deed for entitlement to use property without consideration

Namaste To All.... Sirs, I own a shop in a shopping mall. I have paid the consideration of shop in year 2015 and no registry of the shop had been done till now. I have not taken the possession of the shop till date and neither do i use the shop. I have given this shop to the mall owners for use without consideration and without entering any lease deed. For some legal requirements the mall owners wants me to issue them a normal NOC letter indicating that the mall owners can use this shop without paying me any consideration. Can i give them a normal letter or do i have to make any deed (like :Deed for Entitlement To Use Without Consideration or lease deed). Please suggest
Dear Sir, it is really befalling that why would a person buy a commercial site and shall allow a commercial entity to use the same without any commercial consideration? You may not claim any amount from the Mall authorities but as they would be using it for commercial purposes, so it would be assumed that it is a commercial transactions and rent is being taken in some other form. So please do what the law says. Take the possession of the shop. Get conveyance deed registered. Then give it on rent to the person of your choice.
