Decree by fraud and execution by court in misbelif

Dear Sir/Madam,
A property was decreed and also executed by court without knowledge of the land owner. Then only he comes to know. Also it is identified that the decree was obtained by producing forging thumb impression in unregistered agreement. even misrepresented the property as family property where as he is the sole owner. court also executed sale deed registration on its own considering family property. Can he file writ petition?
