Dead father purchased property from church organisation how to sell

16-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My father who passed away recently had a property purchased from a church organisation. The registry of the property has a clause that property should be sold to christian only. Now as legal heirs of our father we want to sell the property. Can the property be sold to a non christian despite of the clause in registry as we have the patta of the property on my father's name. We are christians. Pls advise

In this case you need to look upon that whether you are the legal heir of your father or not . if you are the legal heir then you have all the rights to sell the property but before this you need to transfer the property in your name.
