De sealing process of New Delhi Property

I have a property in New Delhi which was sealed by NDMC last year. They are giving the reason that my property was illegally used for commercial. The fact is we can give it that property on Rent only for Godown purpose. We rented out for godown only but since I am outstation landlord don't know my Tennant how used it. When I asked my Tennant he said he used it only for Godown storage but NDMC have the reason he used it as office. How I de sealed my property, since this is only my source of inco
