Daughter's share if mother left self acquired property

My father died in 1990.and my mother died recently. She had a self acquired property in her name. I have an elder brother as well. Going by the recent SC judgement am i entitled to share in her property ?

The supreme Court judgement pertains to ancesteral property.

If the property is self acquired and your mother died without  Will, then as per Section 10 of Hindu Sucession Act, all children will have equal rights in the property of their parents.
