Daughter's right on mother's property

My mother died suddenly and did not write will now my step dad and step bro tell me i do not have any right on my mom property my mom was a founder of school which is well established have many div and she owned many flats and property in her name my step dad has taken the chaiman post and brother have taken trustee position as sec and tresurer they just send me 17 k mtly which my mom use to send for my rent and show it s a favor kind which they claim am not having right but its their mercy they give... my step bro is not even biological son only younger one is of my mom and step dad

In case of the death of the your mother without a will, all the legal heirs of your mother will have equal share in property that was self-acquired by your mother including you. You can file a suit for partition and claim for your share.
