Dad lent money to neighbour without any proper proofs, now they say they didn't borrow and made a fuss infront of our house in the night, i called to police they asked us to come to station next morning. Before we reach there they have gone there and complained against my dad by false accusations that he's a psycho women'siser etc. the police took their side because of their fake tears and drama they put on. So the police asked my dad to apologise but we refused.
Please engage a competent lawyer specialising in criminal law to defend your father's criminal case, if any FIR has been registered on the neighbour's complaint. Without proper evidence, your father cannot proceed legally against the neighbour for recovery of the money lent.
