CRITERIA OF PERMANENT RESIDENCY IN BIHAR

was born in patna and completed my schooling and graduation from patna but don't have a property as we lived on rent. after completing graduation, i moved to siwan to work in a public sector bank and worked there for 4 years. i have my all belongings there in siwan and i used to move to different places, if required. can i claim permanent resident certificate from siwan district (bihar)? Note: I have enrolled in the voter list there but still no land and property in Bihar
Yes you can claim your residence certificate, all that is required is your birth certificate, proof of identity (voter ID/ Aadhar Card), Matriculation marksheet, etc. there is no any need of land or any other property in your name
