cousin joint ownership issue, want a clear title to the flats help r

Two flats were originally purchased by a brother and sister under joint ownership. Subsequently, their respective equal shares in the property were gifted to their sons. The building was later redeveloped, and the developer executed a single PAAA was executed for both flats. In lieu of the original two flats, the sons were each allotted new flats on different floors. Now, both brothers wish to obtain clear and individual titles to one flat each, with full ownership rights to the respective prope

In order to claim separate and independent rights in the respective flats both the parties can execute a release deed or a gift deed thereby granting their respective share in favour of the other. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal assistance as regards the same.

It depends upon wht is mentioned in the PAAA. If it is clearly mentioned that one flat is given to one son and second flat is for another son then there can be seperate title to their respective flats.
