I have a immovable property in the name of my mother but my grand father has executed the will for the said property. The case is pending in the court. the development authority has executed the free hold deed and all other necessary document like BAINAMA and all in favor of my mother. my cousin has filled a suit in the court and asked for the relief that the said property should be transfer to them and asked the court to order the authority to cancel free hold deed . will they get any relief with unregistered ( the will is not signed by my grand father the signature are also fake )
