Court issued notice for evacuate some parts of house as coming on road

Sir I am from a village in haryana,there is road crossing between our village,it is approximately 30 years old. now it was newely construed one year ago. When it was making some people of our village said that it is not right measurements,it is some feet here and there.and they complained.but after that road constructed at its actual place.but now court issu a notice to the approximate 20 house owner saying that your house are on the road and so you have to evacuate some part of these within 15days. Sir now what we should done bot ours house are 40years old these are not on roads land.sir plz give us guidelines

Firstly file a petition before the Hon'ble Court for stay of proceedings. And get stay on demolition of house. Secondly, you my file an RTi asking them the exact measurement and does your house really fall under the public property or National highway.
You can also seek compensation in such cases.
