Court has ordered for possesion under 12 Rule 6 with Section 151

I am plaintiff of the case in which court has ordered in my favor application u/o 12 Rule 6 read with section 151 cpc is allowed. Court has ordered to prepare decree sheet accordingly.
Please suggest by when decree sheet is to be submitted. who prepares the same. and when and how can we take possession of property.
There is no stipulated time frame within which the decree has to be passed. The magistrate must have given a date for that. On the given date the decree will be passed in your favour. You can apply the Certified copy of the same and take your possession. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If court has allowed 12 - 6 , then court’s executives like reader / Almad will prepare decree sheets etc …well ! The question is that you must have hired an advocate for your case, who got the 12 - 6 allowed then why are you not asking these questions from
