Court fees paid under Partition suit in karnataka

I hv a daughter n i hv filed dv act and restitution. Nw my advocate is suggesting for partition suit. My in laws net wrth is 50 crores. My lawyer says v hv to pay around 30 lakhs of court fee.. Is it true.. V are worried as v cannot afford such huge amt.. Pls help... As to hw much % of the property value has to be paid as court deposit...
against in laws there will not be partition suit ur daughter is not heir to her in laws . that filing a partition suit. you properly ask him as to the nature of suit he is going to file it might be a declaration suit .
