Court decree can act in lieu of the property deed

09-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
From the honorable court i have received judgement in favour of me . The Judgement awarding the Title and possession of the family property to me . No appeal has been filed by defendant , and term to file an appeal has been ended. 1)So could i use the this decree for the mutation of the property. 2)Should i required registration of the court judgement ? 3) Is the court decree awarding the property is act equivalent to Property deed Factual matrix of the case is , defendant and me have an registered agreement on the property sharing, however defendant not shown any presence to execute the deed for many times. summons was served to the defendant but he didn't enter appearance to contest the suit . So the defendant was set exparte.

Is it a partition suit? If limitation period is over to set aside exparte order, the court document has considered as a valid document. Them it is has same power of registered document from sub registrar office
