Corruption case tahilshar office of pune in year 2005

In 1997 tahilshar raid my property issued royalty of 8lakh. Out of that I paid 4, lakh in yr 2000. In 2005 tahilshar auctioned my property without considering 4lakh. Current case in mantralaya. What legal options i have now ? Will i win the case ? As no order is passed in my favour. I have paid the remaining 4lakh . But my land is sold by govt to other person. Lawyer was managed into this case
If your land was auctioned despite partial payment and later fully paid, you may file a writ petition in the High Court challenging the auction and subsequent sale. Since the case is in Mantralaya, you should request a status update and demand a fair hearing. If fraud is involved (lawyer mismanagement or government irregularities), you can seek judicial review and claim compensation or land restoration.
