Correction in Gift Deed after one of the Donee Expired

26-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Is it possible to correct gift deed if one of the donee has expired and his legal hiers are ready. Correction of property description is needed as Ground Floor is referred as Upper Ground floor whereas in approved map it is written Ground floor only.

yes you can make such type of changes in gift deeds with the consent of all the parties. If a donee is died his legal heirs are competent to make such changes on his behalf. you can make it corrected before registering authority.
