Corpus Fund not given after self redevelopment by society

Sir we both ladies .I stay in my ownership flat owned by my mother .We society got self redevlopment of my building we were promised corpus fund after self redevelopment but now Secretary of my building says Loss occured , but chairman says we will get corpus first pay up architect of building says ask secretary .Secondly we were stopped from selling my flat my 3neighbours we didnt have money lockdown no job, we have to pay pending outstanding maintenance1lac to my society .
Under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, you have the right to inspect society records, including financial statements related to the redevelopment project, by requesting them under Section 32. The society must maintain transparency, and the conflicting statements from the secretary, chairman, and architect suggest a need for clarity.
Regarding the sale of your flat, society cannot prevent you from selling as long as dues are cleared. If you’re facing financial difficulties due to the lockdown, you can request a payment plan or leniency in writing.
If informal approaches don’t work, you can file a complaint with the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies under Section 91 regarding the corpus fund and any obstruction to selling your flat. Additionally, legal action may be taken to ensure transparency and that the corpus fund is paid as promised.
