Conveyance & mutation of land bought in 2003

Agri land was bought in 2003 from a developer who had a POA from the sellers. Conveyance was not done due many reasons. Continuous possession is there for 17 yrs. Electricity connection since 2007 & gas connection for appx 5 yrs. Advise how to proceed to get the title transferred

You will have to file a suit in a civil court and obtain an order / degree declaring you as the owner of the property and you are in the Exclusive possession of the property for ... number of years. this type of court order will give you a type of title and protection from any other third party and protect your possession of the property and also can be used as a title document. for any further assistance on this issue contact me through lawrato.
