Converting driveway into play area is legal within an apartment

The driveway next to my flat in our apartment is converted into a play area causing lot of noise.
When I raised concern they said it has been approved in the GBM.
Actually my flat is the only one which is affected with all the noise, and all others obviously didn't had any issue so they all approved it in the GBM.
Can this be challenged? How?

Can this be challenged---- Yes it can be challenged later on if the society disagrees later. make sure that you have a written proof from them before you do anything you need to take permission from the Municipal corporation as well.
